Return and Refund Policy


ghayag.emotions.ae3.1. All Products ordered from the Website(ghayag.emotions.ae) and successfully delivered to the User may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy and as per the instances below.

  1. If the item received defective or not as described.
  2. If the size or color is not as selected 
  3. If wrong item is being sent. 
  4. Missing pieces or less quantity.

3.2. However no Products will be accepted by the ghayag.emotions.ae if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per ghayag.emotions.ae the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.

3.3. In case of returns:

  1. Return should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery after informing customer service.
  2. The tags on the product should be intact.
  3. The tags on the product should be intact.
  4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

3.4. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. As soon as customer returns their items to us and its received in our system.

3.5. we do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

3.6. In case of any discrepancy in the status of reverse pick up of a Product, (where the Users claims the Product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the Users successfully furnishes slip given at the time of the pick-up.

3.7. ghayag.emotions.ae will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to ghayag.emotions.ae is returned by mistake, ghayag.emotions.ae is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

3.8. Size exchange can be availed only once at the special price of an item. Please take note that this is applicable only on Products that are exchangeable, as mentioned on the product page.

3.9. All Products ordered by the User shall be eligible to be replaced in accordance with the replacement policy as indicated, if the Product delivered is damaged, soiled or is different from the Product specifications mentioned on the Website.

3.10. Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account (for which the User shall have to share the bank details) or, the refund will be credited to the wallet linked to his/her User account on the Website.

3.11. For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.

3.12. All refunds shall be made in AED only.

3.13. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.
